Our Philosophy
It is our opinion that the most important skill in this industry is the ability to discover and address the diverse needs, wants, expectations and concerns of different property sellers and buyers. This ability can only come through really caring about people, together with a whole lot of practical experience and education. That said, we've found this ability to listen and be sensitive to our clients needs is the essence of good service, and everything we do in our real estate work serves this objective.

Our Area
Having spent 1975 - 1989 living in Sonoma California, Ed working as the Planning and Building Director for the City of Sonoma & Andrea growing up riding her bike amongst vineyards & wineries...we see and believe in the long term investment in the Paso Robles Area. Moving back home (for Ed) in 1989 was the fulfillment of a goal set in 1971 when he graduated from Cal Poly with a BS in City and Regional Planning.
The Steinbeck / Ernst family first settled in the Geneseo area of Paso Robles in 1885, and for some time Ed experienced the enjoyment of growing up on the family farm on Union Road, which today is covered in beautiful vines farmed by his brother Howie & family and sold to local wineries.

Our Office Location
Across from the City Park in Historic Downtown Paso Robles, CA.
We are grateful for the opportunity to live here, work, and play here. We enjoy helping our clients achieve these goals.
